Is PX90 Right For You?

If you have read my review of the px90 workout then you should have a bit of a better understanding about what the workout is about and what you can expect. But there are a couple of qualities that you must possess if you are going to be able to complete the workout.
Determination
Probably the most important thing you need to have if you are going to complete px90 is the determination to finish the program. There is no point starting the program if you are not going to follow it through until the end.
Time
The workout is going to take up a fair amount of your free time, so if you aren’t willing to sacrifice this then px90 won’t be right for you. A lot of the workouts last for an hour which isn’t really too much trouble for people to fit into their day. But this could be a problem for some people so it’s definitely worth taking into consideration.
If you have these two qualities you should be good to go with the px90 workout, but there is also something else which is very important for you to know if you are thinking about starting this workout. This is that px90 is a very intense fitness program and it even has a fitness test that you need to do before you start just to make sure that your going to be ready for the main workout. So if you are in pretty bad shape and don’t have much experience with working out then I would suggest that you start off with the POWER 90 Workout DVDs instead.
The Power 90 workout is a great workout for beginners so if you don’t think that your quite ready for the px90 workout but you still think that you have the determination and time in order to follow a workout through to the end, you should definitely go for the Power 90 workout instead.
So is px90 right for you?
Well if you have the time and determination and have some previous workout experience then yes px90 will be the right workout for you. If you are just lacking a little experience then it will probably not be right for you and I would suggest you go for the Power 90 workout instead. But if you do not have the time and/or determination then I would say do not waste your time or money on either of these fitness programs.
